Our Jersey Cows
Our Jersey Cows
Our Jersey cows are the heart of our farm. They are raised with care, respect, and daily attention, and we are committed to transparency in how they are fed, managed, and cared for.
We believe healthy cows produce quality milk — and that starts with thoughtful stewardship.
What Our Cows Eat
Our Jerseys are primarily pasture-raised and enjoy time grazing on fresh grass. In addition to pasture, they receive:
-
Free-choice hay
-
Alfalfa and coastal hay
-
Non-GMO feed at milking
-
Clean, fresh water at all times
- Minerals
We focus on simple, quality ingredients and avoid unnecessary additives. Our feeding program supports cow health, body condition, and milk quality.
🧬 A2/A2 Genetics
Our Jersey cows are A2/A2. This means they produce milk that contains only the A2 beta-casein protein.
We test and select our cows intentionally, allowing us to confidently share this information with our customers.
🩺 Disease Testing & Animal Care
The health of our herd is a top priority. Our cows are disease tested and monitored regularly. We work closely with veterinarians and follow responsible animal-care practices to maintain a healthy herd.
Clean living conditions, daily observation, and proper nutrition are key parts of our routine.
🌱 Raised With Purpose
Our children are actively involved in caring for our animals, learning responsibility and respect for livestock from a young age. We believe in raising both animals and children with intention.
Our goal is to provide our community with farm-raised products from cows that are cared for daily and raised with integrity.
🤍 Transparency Matters
We welcome questions and believe customers deserve to know how their food is raised. This page is part of our commitment to honesty, education, and stewardship.
